The Perfect Human Diet

Naz at cinnamoneats.com provides a nice summary of a documentary that I just finished watching called “In Search Of The Perfect Human Diet”, highlighting the archaeological science which basically identifies the best diet for human beings as being a Palaeolithic Diet.
